Anyone seen this kit on clearance? Its by the clearance section but someone has it hidden behind some boxes. It shows non stock item at my store hen I looked it up on website

It looks is showing up as $195 to $279 at different Lowe's stores (but closeout items like these may be lower at the stores). It is on HD.com for $223 so if Lowe's will price match it -10% that will get it to $201 at any store.

Want to thank you for posting the Lincoln Electric Cutwelder & Bag. Was able to replicate the $40.16 price at my local Lowes. Price even got better when I added a Kobalt Tongue and Groove pliers, which allowed me to use the $15 off $50 coupon (resulting in an additional $12 off the cutwelder - final price $28.15 plus tax).
It will go good with the 4 Bluehawk Welding carts I picked up for $3.83 each (one for me, one for the B-I-L, one for the F-I-L and one for the son), and the 3 Lincoln carts I found at the Washington, DC Home Depot for a penny each last Saturday (up in the rafters - found someone willing to pull them down and luckily they did not scan them before handing them off to me. Quick run through the SCO and I was out the door smiling my "**** eating grin". Again, the Lincoln carts will be going to family and friends - except for the one I am keeping - not sure which will get used Lincoln or Bluehawk).
Truly appreciate you and others posting your finds - even when I can't replicate them, as it keeps me informed as to the potential possibilities that I need to keep an eye out for when shopping. Thanks, again........

Great price but looks like a clone of the crappy HF one that might work in a pinch but for $3........
I bought a set of these recently, they work well for removing the clips on ratchets. About all I'll probably use them for.

Could not find B&D, so used a now orphaned Craftsman drill with no battery I'd bought used for $15.
Got $60 off the kit with Impact Wrench, charger, and 4.0 Ah battery.
They did NOT check my ID or anything, so I may go back with a 2nd tool to get the compact Impact Wrench for $76. YMMV on that, as the girl at Customer Service who rang me up seemed like an idiot.

Found one store with the cut welder in stock at that low, low price. Placed an online order since its a drive to that store... 5 hours go by, no email, call, cancellation , nothing. Hmm.. been down this road before with Lowes. Drive to store, and low and behold, theres the yellow clearance price tag, but no item. Instead, someone had moved the $299 full kit with tanks, etc. Into its spot (leaving the spot for that item empty a couple spots over). After getting lots of whispered conversations between people at the order pickup counter, and a quick half hearted search of the tool area, it was apparent that it had been taken by one of the employees (AGAIN!!!!!!) . The funniest part was when i asked the manager when the last one was sold, and he told me March... but you printed the clearance tag for an item you haven't had in months? !!!! This was after another said they never stocked that item, and I then pulled the shelf tag out of my pocket to show him...should have seen his face drop. Terrible liars are funny to watch, but infuriating at the same time. IF I hadn't had the experience of online ordering an item with a steep discount like this one in the past, rushing to the store to get my own item in a cart (of 10 in inventory ), walking to order pickup to close out the online order, and then to be told "hmm, that order has been cancelled as we don't have any"...while it sat in my cart!!!!!! That was eye opening. At least 4 stores in my area have little "crews" of tool employees that take every clearance deal, even if it means cancelling a cutomers order to do it.

i have the HD markdown schedule down, but how do the Lowe's ones work? markdowns every week on a schedule like HD? Random? just getting into the Lowes clearance stuff.

Auburn, Washington has Hardie Panel 4'x8' @ $26 (or $23 on lowesforpros.com). Great price compared to everywhere else in the NW. I've got it around me in Oregon for $35 minimum.

hmm there's something screwy going on with the Order History page on the Lowes site.
I ordered something, then I looked at my order history. it's showing a shop light, which isn't what I ordered. click on the order and it pulls up an order from 1/20/2015, which isn't even something I ever ordered. no clue whose order it was.
checked some more of my orders and there's a bunch that are linking to the wrong orders.
I sure as hell never ordered a Greenworks corded electric snow blower lol.
Edit: seems to be something with Microsoft Edge. My orders show fine in Chrome.

I got one just for the wife to use to blow up inflatables and the kiddy pool. Don't want her touching my Ridgid. This thing is very quiet. Comes with a combination nailer/stapler.
Nothing great, and I wouldn't try to flip these either, you'll just end up with complaints. But if you need a cheap inflater, can't beat this.

finally, they added the "available for store pickup" option back on the site.. now you can check your store's inventory again without having to scroll through all of the internet-only stuff.
Great News, though I dont know why the hell they felt the need to re-design the site. It worked fine before.
