Haha.. did the same thing lol..it *****
is there a good online calculator which tells you what is cheaper - gas vs oil vs propane vs electric?
last time I looked at some table it seemed like cost of heating was about the same for oil at $1.75 and efficient heat pump with electric cost $0.13 per kilowatt
but ng was still a lot cheaper

and then it seemed like insulation and drafts have different affects on different sources of heating - like one source would be more efficient with good insulation while other would be more efficient with bad insulation.

my air conditioner is old and will need to be replaced soon. I'm debating whether I should invest in a good heat pump or not. with oil under $2 I don't need heat pump but nobody knows when the oil going to shoot up again
Plus heat pump doesn't really need any maintenance

P.S. according to peco, local gas supplier oil and gas cost about the same with oil price of $1.35. Gas equipment may cost more but there is no filter nozzle chimney maintenance.

I got some decent deals on Blue Hawk chain hardware. Most were less than $1. They're switching from loose to blister pack. All this was about $25.

Thank you! I was just about to buy a bunch of this stuff at full price. Some great deals!

In addition to Blue Hawk search "Covert", there is some Covert stuff which is higher grade and on sale as well.

Madison Heights VA, Farmville VA, Lynchburg VA all out of hooks...

It's strange the exact same hooks are hanging on rack for 4,5,6 bucks. Dont forget to ask about the tip out bins! They don't need them now.

Sounds like an awesome excuse for a vacation!

I spotted 7- 248730's in Honolulu for $17.85 and 1- 59396 in Kona for $31.68.

Am I missing something? My wife went to High School in Honolulu, Going to have her post the deals on her FB. Maybe it'll get us some special treatment when we go for her Reunion :)

Spotted the Hitachi rotary tool for $20 on Saturday, as well as a display Bosch multi tool that was put back in it's original box. Sticker said $119, but it shows not available on the website, so I wasn't able to verify if that was still the price. I didn't have anyone check it.

I checked my local Lowes for the GE breaker package & it's at $169. The thing that puzzles me is all the stores in a 6 hour drive are out of stock. Which leads me to believe they will be going away at my local store, but I'm wondering who is controlling the prices? Store manager or corporate?

I've also seen this for other items as well, out of stock everywhere but my store & price isn't lowered. Anyone got insite on this?

I'm at my Lowes now (47802) and have their last one in hand!

Way overkill for my garage but $42, can't beat that with a stick!

So do these have clearance tags on them? The 3 in the store near me seem to still be $171

Lowes is hit or miss on the price discount. If you buy all of an item and check that store it will be back to full price. Find the sticker changing person and talk to them.

:lol_hitti if it were 400-600 faucets I would have gotten all of them. :willy_nil

heh yeah

The Lowes item # matches a Kohler faucet *model* number so you see what happens.

Google Lowes item and then the item number and you'll get more accurate hits.

I saw the down from $21 and thought "**** I'd grab all them at this price and go on a road trip so quick they wouldn't have made it down any further and I sure wouldn't have posted those on here."

I mean I like y'all and all, but $400 faucet for $21? Not that much.

819299 - Kidde Fire and Safety Smoke Alarm - $4.00 (was $30)

Why do you want the cheapest smoke detector?

Isn't that like shopping around for the cheapest eye surgeon or heart dr? Some things you want quality.
