MAC Grip screwdrivers....

The MAC guy was at work today and dropped of the November flyer. I noticed these MAC Grip screwdrivers and the ad says they're new. Does anyone have any experience with these? Are they any good? I suppose these are also available in the Proto version too? If you have any experience with these, lets hear you opinion.
