Hi$$: Great build. Understand the frustration with not being on site at ALL times. Just not possible if your working regular job, and then you get "well that's the best we can do...". Bull! Seems like anymore, we have allowed ourselves to except the shoddy as normal. If we want something right or correct, then we are being PICKY!

Looks like you should come out OK in the long run. Hold the money till they do what they promised. I like your decision to use steel framing. I don't like the use of PT wood setting on concrete. And if you sink PT in the ground, it WILL rot! Most around here consider a pole barn to be temporary structure. And maybe in our society it is, but my old barns are over 100yr old, and with a little upkeep should be around for at least another century. NOT temp structures IMHO!
