Magnetic tool panel accessories?

So, for a good while now there's been magnetic panels, like Mechanics Time Savers, and whatnot. I don't (yet) have any of them but what got me wondering about them is my tool chest came with a similar "magnetic tool wall" along the back of the shelf.

Like both of these, all the magnetic panels I've seen seem to have similar spaced slots running down them, giving me the impression the slots would be useful for accessories that would help to organize use of the panel, where everything has a spot so I can easily tell if something's missing, instead of just having tools or whatnot randomly stuck there like flies in flypaper. I'm thinking things like socket holders or screwdriver racks, etc, designed to make use of the magnetic panel and its slots.

Is there anything like that available, or has anyone come up with their own?

I've seen some stick the magnetic mechanic time savers style magnetic socket/pliers/screwdriver/etc holders to the panels, but that seems overkill / redundant / a waste of panel space since the holders are already designed to hold tools horizontal or vertical.

I am interested in this as well. Recently purchased a Husky box for the farm shop and it has the magnetic panel. Primarily store power tools in that top section, interested to see what options are out there for organization.

I wonder if the pegs for the VIM Magrail TL system would work in those slots. I think the slots are too big, but I think it'd be worth the few bucks for a bag of pegs to find out.

If you're not familiar with the Magrail system, the pegs come in 1/4", 3/8", and 1/2" sizes designed for sockets, but with an assortment of pegs and the lifters, the system works excellently for all types of tools. I have sockets, screwdrivers, pliers, extensions, ratchets, nut setters, 2"&3" bits, wrenches and picks all sorted on Magrails.

Can you use regular pegboard/slotted wall accessories?

The Husky/Craftsman/Snap On smaller add-on panels seem to be rebranded Mechanic Time Saver ‘magna panels’, but no accessories on their site other than the ones you mentioned.

Wall Control (no affiliation) seems to have what you may need, but their website states that their products only work with their magnetic panels. Not sure as I haven’t tried them out in person.

I also recommend wall control. Sometimes small portable magnetic stuff is convenient but if you plan to do anything of any decent size they probably have your starting point.

Thanks for the ideas.

Some of the wall control accessories are sort of what I'm thinking of, but they make use of short vertical slots to lock in place without the whole magnetic factor, which isn't really what I'm after, at least not at the moment. My box's 'magnetic tool wall' that I'm looking at has wider slots that run horizontally. It's possible that some of the ol' standard round hole pegboard accessories might work in the slots. I hadn't thought of that.

The 1/4, 3/8, and 1/2 VIM magrail studs are really interesting to me. Not sure if they'll work though. I'm going to order up a 10 pack of 1/4" just to see if they fit the slots. I suspect the slots are too wide but even if they don't fit I think I might be able to fab up something similar to size.

Wall controls panels aren't magnetic, they're steel.
I have several HF aerosol holders and paper towel roll holders stuck to mine.

I have the wall control panels installed in a hutch I built for my toolbox. I love them. They are steel and therefore magnets stick to them with no issue, but they are not magnetic.

Here is a photo of mine.

Those magnetic panels from HD would work well with the Wall control panels.
