I'm looking for suggestions on how to make a fence like this, climb proof (Or at last make it harder!)

I constructed this fence around my AC units, and I made sure the pickets were on the outside on the front, but since the side backs up to a neighbors driveway I decided to make the pickets face inside long the side. So I can maintain the fence easier
The downside is that along their driveway which is not gated off, is rails like in the picture. So someone COULD climb it. I decided it wasn't worth worrying about at first, but now I'm trying to figure out of there is a simple way of making it harder to climb
My first thoughts were to just get a 2x4 and slice it corner to corner, and just screw it on. Easy! But of course my table saw only goes to 45 degrees, and a 45 cut on a 2x4 seems pretty easy to get a foot onto
Maybe if I had a bandsaw or something I could slice the 2x4, but I don't!
Any good suggestions? I have a lot of scrap lumber so I've been toying around with stuff, but I can't find anything that really feels right
