Looks great Mark!
I was wondering that as well. Had to go way back to page 125 to see the former version of his big brute of a truck. Here's the pic (saves you a lot of time):
While I was going back through the pages I found the 66 van again. How did that turn out Mark? I can't remember if you've posted the finished project.
I actually like the chrome wheel look better, and I hate chrome.
Always fun to check your thread. The new website looks great.
One thing that doesn't quite seem up to your high standards is the outside color of the shop. The funky yellow just looks dated. Perhaps a update for more "curb appeal"?

this would be the only color that would do it justice
u asked and I know that wasn't one of the choices![]()
Aren't all corvettes red? At least that is what the book All Corvettes are Red hints at. LOL I know I'm not in the majority here but I love the flares and think it is a great addition to the car, and man those tires are huge!
JB
White with Cognac interior.
Going to be another very nice build.
Thanks for keeping the '65 BB hood too.
Mark, that gray must have struck a chord with me. For the past 4 or 5 years I had been looking for a Red Cadillac CTS-V but when I found a low mileage 2011 in Thunder Gray, it followed me home.
Red was the most popular color on 1963-4 Corvettes. Daytona Blue was the most popular on the 1965-6 Corvette and Goodwood Green was the most popular on the 1967.
I think a pearl white with red stripe and red interior would be a nice homage to the first Corvette. I find white cars often look like they are stripped-down models for some reason.
