We've discussed this a lot. Moly grease is the best for high pressure screw lubrication- this is what ARP gives you in the little pouches; or they used to. The problem with the tubs of moly grease is it can have 1% moly in it, and they will call it a moly grease. I use the below. It's expensive, but a container will last most of us a lifetime. It's also what you should use on splined driveshafts.
