I had the same problem with the 1/4 ratchet. I had Matco man replace it and rebuild it with no improvement. I got fed up with it and sent it to the recycler.

Yes. Seems like they are doing quite well as a couple. I have no idea what their actual profit numbers are.They both have their own Matco truck with separate routes?
As far as I know, these two both put in 40+ driving separate routes. I have no idea what this entails as a franchise, I'm just a relatively happy Matco customer. The local MAC guy flaked out on our shop, a bit out of his way... Matco Snap-On and SK tools guy get all of our business now... To be honest, Matco guy gets the most doll hairs from me. Plenty of BS, zero hassle.There is a local Cornwell dealer that the husband runs the route 3 days a week, the wife runs it the other 2, while the husband stays home and handles the business you normally do in the evening.
It beats one person working 80 hours a week.
