Is the pump motor running?
Need a tad more info to troubleshoot.

Is this an electrical or mechanical issue? Then we can figure something out.

Perhaps the fuse popped in the motor box

No power needed to lower it. If you can get it running again, I would try to raise to the top (if possible) and then lube the tracks and try again.

A number of people have had issues with these - what I did was rock the lift arm carrier in the upright column to get it to loosen and come down....

Make sure the lift locks are engaged first, you don't want it to go all the way down on you. How high is it now? all the way or part way up? Is it the two position lift that uses pins, or the multi position lift that has automatic locks?

If this is one with the somewhat textured looking paint inside the uprights, once you get it down you need to sand or wirebrush all that texture off, then re-grease inside the columns. Once you do that it will work fine.

It's stuck all the way up. The pump is building pressure and it worked great until it didn't... I threw PB Blaster down the columns and will see if anything is better in the AM. I call support in the morning...

OK. It's not all the way up. It's 2/3, just above the second to the last hole. If I bleed the ram, it still won't drop but the ram itself will go slack.. meaning I can shake it back and forth. All Bendpack could say is it should drop. Same syptom both sides. I see no signs of rust in the block channels, but it has to be the blocks binding. I can(barely) get the arms to raise if I jack it up with another floor jack, under the center of the arms. I guess I'm paying someone 300.00(plus) to come have a look at it tomorrow...

Post some photos of the mechanical lock and cylinder where it is stuck.
Some info about "binding":

If binding at the top, you can unbolt the metal tie bar at the top of each column. Just make sure the cylinder has pressure when you do this so it doesn't drop. This likely would not be an issue with a car on it...however it's worth sorting the binding issue out regardless.

Is there a car on it? if not id smack it a few times with a dead blow and see if something is binding. If yes, that is not going to be fun.

Someone here had a thread about the matte paint on the Dannmar version causing binding. Sanded it smooth and refinished it to get it running smoothly.

So...here was the deal. It WAS all the way up, with my truck cab on it. Guy came over and borrowed my dead blow hammer, after he did some diagnosing. Pounded and pounded til it finally started coming down. After some more toggling, it finally lowered all the way down. There was some surface rust where the blocks ride and somehow one of the columns wasn't very level. I fixed all the issues and it seems to work as it should now. Thank you all for your help. Bendpak wasn't really helpful at all. Their only advice was "turn the bleed screws and it should come down(which I already had done). If that doesn't work, call a tech because it's out of warranty". It was a 300.00 service call, which I really didn't feel was bad at all. He had an hour of travel time and spent 45 minutes or so working with me. After that we talked for another 45 minutes about cool stuff that had nothing to do with lifts. If you ever have a problem, shoot me a PM and I'll give you their number... Again, thank you all.

I had a similar issue with my Dannmar DC10 Lift. WOuldn't go down and the carriage was binding up in the upright. Bled off the ram and shook the hell out of it and finally it went down. Lubbed the spots it slides and never had an issue after that. Had to bleed it a few times to get it to go down smoothly.
