The attaching system for the MaxJax works fine using the supplied wedge-style anchors, but you need to confirm that your floor slab meets the minimum thickness as specified in the installation instructions. IIRC, you can download the install document from the MaxJax website so it will give you a good idea as to how to install it. It is a DIY install although a helper would be good for lifting some of the components.
Specifically, the concrete floor thickness needs to be a minimum of 4" and there should be no cracks within 6" of the area where the holes will be drilled for the anchors. If you do a search using "MaxJax" as a search term, you should get a number of threads that have some nice detailed information about this lift and how people did their install.
