MaxJack not descending and chattering

Installed lift last weekend, first time going to full height the lift was stuck, with no load, and would not come down. After some yanking, hanging on it, wiggling, finally started to move down, SLOWLY, and one side will never fully unload., sits 6" or so higher than the other side. I bled it multiple times, even once fully removing the bleeder screw, once fluid was able to come out flew right down with no issue.

Also have a lot of chatter, about mid way up car shakes back and forth as its lifting, and loaded on downward movement chatters and makes noise on one side.

No real unevenness, with a car on the lift it comes down fairly easy until load is off the pads, but then they don't return to the floor on one side.

Fully greased both with silicone spray then liberal amount of standard grease, no real change

I've had similar issues with mine but greasing mine seemed to help. I know you said you greased yours, but you should check the channels for buildup. I noticed when I was greasing mine there was a lot of buildup from the powder-coating, and I mean a lot.

Call Dannmar customer service, they sent me some caterpillar anti chatter additive to add to the fluid reservoir and it cured the problem almost instantly. It is because the seals are tight.

Same with mine, it chattered in the beginning but I just went to the local Cat store and picked up a quart size bottle of their anti chatter. Mixed it with the hydraulic fluid and up/down a few times completely cured it. Hasn't happened since.
