Unfortunately even if it goes off without any issues this time, Dannmar will still have a lot of frustrated/ unhappy people that could have been potential customers.

What would happen if they didn't offer this group buy and said, forget it?
Guess life goes on... right?

Answers:
Will we be able to buy optional features like the Power Station instead of the Mobile Power Cart?
Also how long are the hoses?
Thanks.

Hoses are 13 feet long. You will be able to purchase the Optional Power Unit Station instead of the mobile cart. Pricing will be announced soon.
A friend of mine has installed several lifts and he's concerned about the style of anchor. He Say's this "bolt type" can spin in the drilled hole and will not be strong enough. If the threaded insert is used that has a nut on top of the post base, it will not spin.
So, I'm now concerned on which type to use. He's also concerned that there is no connecting bar support between the two posts, either on the floor or at the top, to keep the posts from folding in. He suggests that only my 2.400 lb. 427 Cobra be used on the lift and not,.... my Dakota truck or our
Chrysler 300M.
I know the company has tested this lift very well, with what type of anchor is used and not having a supporting bar between the posts.
Please advise me if he and I, are worrying too much about the anchors that are supplied and, having no support bar ?
Thank you,
Kevin

Yep, Jeff from Bend-Pak and I were talking about just that. For piece of mind, get some Simpson concrete anchor epoxy. Not cheap (about $15/tube), but made specifically for concrete anchors. As Wachuko said, grease the threads to keep them clean, and fill the whole only 1/4-1/3 or you'll just have a mess on the surface. I'll be doing that with mine tomorrow when I install the anchors. Not really worried, but just another bit of safety margin.

I do have one problem. When I raised the lift to the top, and went to lower the arms on the safety bar, one off the holes was covered half way. I think the factory assembled one of the slide blocks 180 degrees off where it should be. :headscarf
I'll have to take out the very heavy piece and turn the block to match the other side. I'll defiantly need another strong man to help me or, take out all five anchor bolts, lay the column down, remove the block, turn it, then
reassemble.
Any of you have this problem ?
(I forgot to mention, the anchors and epoxy worked out great) !
Curious if Danmar is offering any reduced prices to folks that did not get to take part in the 2nd Group Buy date since the original one went so crazy and they could not get a 2nd day off to try buying one again.
I am wanting to buy one and was just curious. Or, does everyone now pay full $2K price no mater what.
