My MaxJax Uneven Lifting With a Spasmodic Vibration
I love mine except its unpleasant problems.
The passenger side cylinder begins to lift earlier/runs faster than the passenger side one
every time with a car put on it.
**Cars keep to the left in Japan like in Uk.**
The right hand of my car is heavier than left hand becase of its east-west engine rayout.
So I tried to put my car on it slightly to the left to reduce height difference between both cylinders.
Have a look at this picture,
Here is comparison between right hand/driver side and
left hand/passenger side.
Passenger side is approx 2" higher than driver side around half way position.
Released hydraulics to let both arms go down to the safety bars inserted.
Passenger side arm touched the bar a few seconds later than drivers side one.
Driver side cylinder could be shaken because it had quickly shrunk and released hydraulics sooner thanpassenger side one,see this video below.

Then I raised it to top position.
I think it must be dangerous to raise from the bottom to the top at one push unless doing that because mine cannot hoist a car evenly.
Driver side cylinder is approx 1-7/8"lower than top position where the passenger side one has just arrived.
In this reason,the hydraulic pump must be kept operated,though the passenger side arm is
already pushing the stopper up to make the driver side arm arrive at top position.
Recently the height difference between both cylinders gradually seems to be larger and larger.
In addition,a spasmodic vibration occurred on passenger side cylinder while moving from half way to top.

Also this unpleasant judder can be seen in lowering the car slowly from top to half way.
It bothers me a lot and make me feel anxious if the car would be fallen down.

To Fix Uneven Lifting?
I tried to remove the safety bar of passenger side as an experiment and release a little bit of hydraulics
to make passenger side cylinder temporarily shorter than driver side one and
the car leaned to the left(passenger side) .
Operated the hydraulic pump to raise both arms to exceed top position again
and bled both cylinders and small amount of air came out from driver side one,then inserted
both safety bars and released hydraulics.
After doing this mine raise/lower slightly evenly but several times of operations up and down
finally ended up uneven lifting with spasmodic vibration again lol
Is there anyone who has MaxJax with judder like this?

btw,there can not be seen these ugly phenomena unless a car is loaded on this lift.
Next holiday I'm going to crisscross the hoses
to test the flow divider.
