Here are the pics of the wheel(s) where they went bad.

I bought a 41'' roller back in 2009 to replace a craftsman 26'' set. since then i have added a side cabinet and now i'm out off room again. So the question remains what setup to go with next it will be master force again as i am completely satisfied with the quality first and the price is very affordable. I'm thinking a top chest to set on a work bench that the roller is under possibly an additional side cabinet.

What about buying a 36" roll cab. It would give you some wider drawers then what you have. Could use it as a cart too.

Thank's bobcatdan

Nice idea i have a lot of specialty tool's that could get reorganized as the side cabinet is over full. a good place for drill's and tap's and other tooling.
It is a never ending sickness I have found myself in I have bought more tool's and done more work in my garage because of gj. have learned so much

I thought I'd bounce this back up to the top for some to see.

I contacted Menards about my toolbox problem. I don't know how many years i have had my roller bases, but the wheel shown above, along with the drawers not staying closed were the problem. Menards sent me back a reply asking how many drawers, and how many wheels. I told them, and they sent me a reply saying that they will be taken care of. I received the wheels and new slide stops the other day. So Menards does stand behind their product.

I won't mention any names, but I had a PM not too long ago about the MasterForce toolbox, and I was told by them that the MasterForce is the old style Montezuma. And the person that told me this is a very reputable person, but with another company. I just don't know whether they want Kudos tossed out or not. :dunno:

But neither here nor there, Menards did make it right with no hassle at all.

Cashed in a ton of rebate receipts and some gift cards last friday night and picked up the side car for my 26" kit. 5 minutes with a scrap piece of 3/4" MDF and the table saw and I had a nice top cut for it. Was saving up to pick up a 46" rollaway, but be damned if I'd have the room for it :( Have to make due for now.

Hello All,
I have a variety of the Masterforce boxes. Specifically the early ones with the flat keys. I would really like to have all of the locks keyed the same. With that being said would anyone be interested in trading a “006” lock and key set for a “002” lock and key set? Ideally I would be helping out someone that would prefer a “006”. Thanks!

I have the Montezuma boxes and they sent me matching locks for free. You might talk to Menards and see if they will do that. If not you might try Montezuma as I think they make the Masterforce boxes
