I have done a bit of research here for using metal siding on the ceiling. One reason I started looking at this instead of drywall was I wanted something I could remove and re-install. There is a second floor above and all of my wiring is running through the joists. There are a few projects I know I want to do down the road that would require me getting in there for wiring but I just don't know where yet.
I have read a lot of the benefits people have listed, but this has not been one I have seen yet. Is it not as doable as I had hoped?
So I can delay the ceiling until all the other projects are done, or install something that I can remove a few pieces of later and reinstall. Acoustic tiles are out due to a number of reasons people have listed in other posts. (Wind, price, look)
The walls will be drywall, with an access panel above the electrical panel to gain access.
Thanks
