Ok, check this one out. http://www.fastenal.com/web/products/detail.ex?sku=0541754

The regular price is posted on the website, but it is on clearance this month at a little over $70 (I don't remember exactly how much, but I think less than $75). I verified that it is on clearance today. There are also some other drawers made by that same manufacturer that are on clearance. I'll try to grab all of the part #'s/prices later this week.

So you're saying clearance prices only available at retail stores? I tried adding it to my cart but it stayed $290.

I'd be interested in the others, possibly something a bit smaller for end mills or taps.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure you'd have to go into a store to order one. I'll also check to see what other sizes are on sale.

D@mmit you guys did it to me again. I'm sitting in my Drs office waiting to be see and see this offer. I just called and placed my order! 70.76 should arrive Monday!! So if anyone in the Tampa are interested I was just able to order one.

I saw an example at the local Fastenal. They're pretty, but the one I saw was kind of flimsy and rattly. No bearing slides for the drawers or anything fancy like that. Anyway, I still ordered one of these cabinets since I felt like it was still a decent deal at the discounted price, and I could use the organized storage for my air tools. Thanks to the OP.

I ordered a smaller version to mount to the bottom of my roll cart, should work great for heavily used fasteners and such. Plus the drawers are fully removable.

My company actually has an account with them, so I just called him up and asked him to grab a couple. He said they would be in Monday. But you could just call/walk in to most of their stores and have them order it.

Has anybody got one of these that could verify dimensions? Or how hard is it to return something you order?

Trying to put one of these in the empty space at the bottom of my roll cab - it measures 22 1/2" wide by 10 5/8" high by 18 1/8" deep --- 0541752 looks like it should work looking at the picture but the dimensions they list look wrong 11-5/8" (deep) x 17-1/4" (width) x 21-1/4" (height)

so... if they dont stock it but they order it does one still get the clearance price? have to pay shipping?

ive never shopped there but have a few in the neighborhood

Mine was 70.76+tax. No shipping to the store. It had to be ordered. I called fri and ordered it over the phone. I will pick it up mon when they call and pay at the store.

I ordered over the phone and will pick up and pay in store when it arrives mon. I guess if you see it and it's the wrong size or don't like it you could walk away before paying

Got mine. I'm really liking it under my workbench. Not as nice as the Durham cabinets above it, but you can't argue with the sale price. Gonna fill it up with air tools and metal stock.

I was going to ask a similar question but I just checked their site and it looks like the sale is over

The sale prices aren't listed online, OP said sale is running for this month.

I just ordered:
0541749 @ $30.00
0541752 @ $56.07
hopefully one fits....

can you post the inside of the drawer and divider. can you move the divider

Yes you can move the (plastic) dividers. There are multiple slots that these fit in...about every inch or so if I recall correctly. Very nice drawers for the $

I had trays like this in my old work truck. They sucked when they were new because they would open up on turns. After they got some rust on them they were great. Lasted a long time, I made extra dividers and siliconed them down. The sale price is a real good deal.
