We use those in our rentals and I have one in my shop office. The one in my office is a Duventas, instructions were all in Spanish. They work fine and in general, I consider mini-splits throw away items anyway, it's almost always cheaper to swap one out than to repair it and it's definitely faster. The only thing that's kind of odd about them is that the power is at the head unit instead of the compressor, not really a big deal. Most of them come with wall plugs on them, we cut that off and splice them in a work box with a blank face plate but, you could just as easily plug one into an outlet and save a little time. I think I've got 6 or 8 of them installed in rental units now and we haven't had any issues with them in 2 years. All of them replaced more expensive units that only lasted 4 years before having some issue with the control boards or some other electronics. When you're only getting 5ish years out of them either way, there's no reason to spend 2-3 times as much for instructions written in English.
