Micro drill index. Hout???

I picked this made in Shanghai China micro drill index and it is quality made and resembles a Hout index exactly even to the hinges. I thought Hout was always made in USA, maybe they outsourced in the past.

Huot still makes their products in Minnesota. Chances are this one is just a copy.

I just bought a Huot a few months ago. It's marked Huot, St.Paul, USA.

The 9 in 91 is upside down.

Some heat and shrinking could take the City & COO off that lid.
