With the addition of an 8mm wrench, you would have the most common sizes for working on cars with the option to add wrenches from 6 to 36mm and 1/4-2 1/2 inches as you need them.
I have some JH Williams wrenches that my father bought that I know date back to at least the 1970's that are still in great condition.
Sorry for the delay. I hit the outlet stores religiously, and as I posted quite a few of the mall stores are listed as outlets as well. The mall stores usually have the outlet items in the closeout area of the tool department. If you hit a true outlet store look through the entire store, not just the tool section. The Brooksville oulet just had a mountain of USA RP 12 pc sets in with the washers and dryers.
