Mid Rise Car Lift
Due to having a 9' ceiling height I'm limited to about 46" of lift, so I was wondering if any of you guys have one of these and can comment on it.

I guess I'm wondering about the quality of it, and whether you find it valuable in our automotive hobby. Here's one that I'm looking at below.

I definitely recommend a MaxJax if you have limited ceiling height. I absolutely love mine...I can't even get my low profile jack under my e30. I use it all the time...from suspension projects to oil changes to bug and tar remover treatment (why bust your @$$ on your knees on such a low car when you can put it on a lift and use a rolling mechanics chair??).

As far as I know it's the only game in town as a two post for those of us with low ceilings.

I have had mine for about a year and I love it as well. If you are going to buy one soon check out the garage equiptment site...i am sure there is a link somewhere else here. When I bought mine through Northern they passed it (iam sure they made a couple of bucks :shocking:)along to them. They were throwing in the seat, an oil change jug and an led battery light for the same price...

Can you explain what you mean by "Garage Equipment Site"?

Thanks,

That's a great video. :)

Thanks Jack, We made that for the Dannmar $1000.00 video contest last December.

We got runner up (there were only 2 entries believe it or not) the first place winner video is here:

Might have log on to FB to view it. The judging standards were:

• Quality & Editing

Look at the first place winner and tell me if you think we got a raw deal

My suspicion is that he mentioned He'd put the prize toward buying a $2400.00 lift from them, my guess is that's why he got 1st place.

Maybe I'm just biased....
