Milwaukee Authorized Dealers. . .

Hey Guys, I'm sure most know this, but if not, make sure you buy from an authorized dealer otherwise warranty starts from the date of manufacture.

I bought my non-fuel M18 1/2" impact it in Feb '12 from Amazon, but it was made in 11-09, and Amazon is no longer an authorized dealer, so the receipt means nothing. I thought I had another 3 years of warranty, but I only have 6 months.


FYI: Zoro isn't an authorized dealer either.

It's a good thing to remember. So far all of mine have come from Home Depot but I don't keep receipts so if I have any problems I'll be in the same boat with the DOM

I thought the same thing and specifically asked about that when I called them. Whomever I spoke to said they weren't on the list and are not considered an authorized dealer. So. . .
