I think it's fairly restrictive on what qualifies. From what I remember, you have to place specifically qualifying items in your cart and the discount automatically applies. But it can be a pain finding items that qualify, it's not all Milwaukee tools that get the discount.

A lot of stuff isn't worth the BMSM like the router and jigsaw IMHO. Those go off for $100 or 50% vs the 30% off max on BMSM.

Any of you guys have experience with the 90 degree die grinder? Is it possible to use it as a Dremel? I know you can put in a 1/8 chuck and use the Dremel/Rotary attachments, but how does it affect precision.

I'm considering getting the Milwaukee M12 12-Volt Portable Inflator No. 2475-20. Home Depot has it available for $99.00. Is that a good price, or is it frequently available for less? Thank you.
I would steer you towards the M18 inflator if you are planning on using it frequently on car tires. The M12 is great for bike tires and acceptable for car tires, the M18 is larger, but better. That being said, $99 is a pretty standard price. Ebay has some new in box units for $90, or pulled from kits for $84.

+1 for go ahead and buy the M18 version, it does everything from inflate our giant paddle boards to topping off my RV tires to 80psi.
It's one of my most used tools, we have a lot of inflatable things, bote couches, paddle boards, etc.

My only complaint about the M18 inflator is that it pumps so fast when using it for smaller tires if on the preset that even with it doing its checks it will not inflate properly and do a bunch of short cycling then shut off. I use my M12 for smaller tires and my M18 for larger tires. It will inflate without issue to 100 PSI on my trailer tires. Once 6.0 battery will take four tires from 70 to 100 PSI on a full charge.
I own both M12 & M18 and that’s exactly how mine are used. IME the M18 was inaccurate for topping up tires to clear the TPMS. Never an issue for the M12 to top up accurately and consistently. The M18 is much better for bigger inflation jobs.
Like others have said, the M12 inflator is a decent little light use unit. I used the **** out of mine until I got the M18 inflator. The M18 is far superior, and works about 3x faster. It is noisy, but an effective and very useful tool.

Maybe I'm wrong but I've always figured that's how it's supposed to work, much like all the air pumps at gas stations, they will head towards a target PSI, and then when they approach the target, they start pulsing as to not overshoot the target PSI.
I set the PSI and walk away from everything I inflate and always arrive at the correct PSI.

Will most likely use the M12 as a light duty inflator for topping off car tires, bike tires, and sports balls. I don't have any M18 platform tools or batteries and have been trying to avoid adding that platform. I do have a small compressor for larger inflation needs. For smaller needs, including topping off car tires I've frequently have been using a bicycle floor pump, but thought I would step up to an inflator
Interesting, I've had zero problems with my M18, and use it on three vehicles with TPMS (plus an ancient RV).
@Blackwolfe: I hear you on resisting the different battery platform. I feel the same as you, except I have M18, and keep fighting the urge to buy M12.

I resisted adding M12 to my M18 collection and TBH I'm mad I waited so long, I prefer most of my M12 tools to my M18 unless it's something big like a 1/2" Impact lol.
Not really sure how the science sciences but I have several M12 tools that are stronger than their M18 equivalents which makes zero sense to me.
Back to deals.
I had both the M12 and the M18 inflators but let my son keep the M12 one that last time he borrowed it. The M12 works fine just takes longer if you are going from really low to full on bigger tires.
I find that the M12 inflators gets to the target PSI and stops while the M18 inflator generally goes slightly over the target and then bleeds off air until the target is reached.
