Buy with a surge kit in store with free 6. Battery will ring out at ~$66.

I just happened to buy a 6.0 today, and found an even better deal... The M12 circular saw is $149 and comes with a free 6.0, which rings up at $59.48 for the battery. Walked out the door and back in to customer service, where I returned the saw and got $89.52 back.

On a related note, this deal is technically not clearance, but it is almost the clearance price I paid last year for this kit... M12 starter kit with two 3.0 CP batteries and charger for $89. I paid $79 last year on clearance...

https://www.homedepot.com/p/307387577

I wound up selling the M12 charger for $15 to make the total price even lower...

I’ll admit I’m slow. Please explain like I’m five.
This reads (to my mind)like you spent 150 then got 90 back.... so you paid 60 dollars for a sixty-dollar battery?
I’m missing something, for sure.

He paid $60 for a $99 battery retail. That is the amount taken off the whole transaction.

Good catch JavyLSU. I bought a couple of the m12 circs, and that totally lapsed my mind being the better deal.

Looks like Javy paid $60 for what HD calls a $99 battery (and what Amazon calls a $68 battery).

D'oh, cross post.

I missed the math, thanks I see it now.
But as you said that what HD calls a 99 dollar item. It’s still a deal.

Correct, and I won’t have any issues with warranty should the need arise versus buying on Amazon.

Incorrect. Amazon is NOT an authorized Milwaukee dealer. Milwaukee will go by the date stamped on the battery, not your purchase date.

edit: I misread that. Thought you bought from Amazon.

But with an HD purchase, you do need to keep your receipt around for warrantee service, right? And be able to FIND the receipt? I sure hope Milwaukee honors digitized receipts. My method is to take photos of important receipts and store them in the computer...but I dunno if Milwaukee would honor that...

EDIT: Footnote, somewhere I read that for non-authorized dealer purchased batteries, Milwa will go by the date stamped on the battery PLUS 6 months, assuming that the supply chain took 6 months to get the battery into your hands...

Sign up for free ProXtra account. Either scan/enter phone at time of purchase, or enter online afterwards. Let home Depot organize it for you.

With the Milwaukee one key app you can upload a picture of your receipts per tool so you have them down the road if need be.

All of my purchases are automatically recorded on my ProXtra account because I registered the cards I’ve used to buy them. I usually use my HD card anyway, so I can look up any purchase I’ve ever made at HD, and they save the receipts. That’s in addition to my getting an emailed copy of the receipt at the time of purchase.

Wound up snagging 4 of the 6.0ah batteries off ebay for $180, all December 2019 date coded batteries. Talk about night and day difference on some of the tools.

At Lowe’s I use the My Lowes card to track my purchases and provide receipts. At HD, when I check out, the register gives me the option to get an emailed receipt, and that is a good way to have the record. It recognizes the CC I usually use, and has my email on the screen already.
I find it very handy

Looking to add the M18 dual power to my pile o' red tools. Is the Ace deal for $199 that comes w/ a 5AH battery currently the best deal?

I was missing a promo M12 6.0 battery from Acme Tools for the M12 Fuel Hackzall I ordered in November. I emailed them over the weekend and they sent me a shipping notice this morning. Great customer service on their part when I notified them of the error.

M18 FUEL 18-Volt Lithium-Ion Brushless Cordless Deep Cut Band Saw with Free M18 FUEL 4-1/2 in./5 in. Grinder. Home Depot $300

I wish there was an easy way to split this, I don't really need the grinder.
I tried adding to cart as separate bare tools for in store pickup (has worked on some combos in the past), but no go on the prorate discount.

i notice it has a presta adapter included. anyone use this on bicycle tires before? a road bike perhaps?
wondering about pressure accuracy, especially considering low tire volume.

Removing the screw on type valve connector that comes standard with the little pump after inflation can be a slight hindrance. Guess it all depends on how quick you can do it :D

A lot of people add this Hose Adapter. I did

I've been waiting for deals on both these items, Perfect!!
Only problem is it's online only and they are sold out... Any idea how I can get this deal still?

Friday I found a couple M12 inflators with 2.0 battery and power source (From the holiday sale) for $79...they had not dropped at this store previously so if you had any stores where those didn't drop and still had stock, might be worth checking again.

Some HDs still have the inflator kit from the holidays, and is down to $79. It comes with a 2ah, and the USB power source/charger.

I've owned that 3/8" impact, and I'm glad I got rid of it. My M12 Fuel Gen2 could do the same with an adapter, a little less due to the adapter, but they are both rated at 1,200 in lbs. It's is also sort of large now too, compared to other offerings.

and WHY are they including chrome sockets with an impact? poor example setting
