What should I be paying per AmpHour for my Milwaukee 18V batteries?

HD has "Milwaukee M18 18-Volt Lithium-Ion XC Starter Kit with (1) 5.0Ah Battery and Charger" for $130... ? 130/5= $26 per Ah? The deal mentioned above for $99 (I see as $199), and that would be $28 per Ah?

My personal opinion is if you are getting it for $10/Ah you are doing great.

$10-$15 is the range I would be looking for. Closer to $10 for the 18650 packs and closer to $15 for the 21700 packs. Your usually only going to find deals like that on eBay, Craigslist, etc. Or when there are buy this get that deals going on. Make sure they ring up as separate items and then return the tool and keep the battery at its discounted price.

I would say the opposite actually, seems like there are better deals on the HO batteries these days than the old ones. One site had the HO 6.0 two pack for $120 the other day.

Personally I didnt pay over $10/hr for any of my batteries, most $5-8/hr but thats when the crazy trick deals were easier to come by.

Do you remember who had the 6.0's for that price? I am in need of a couple batteries and make sure I keep an eye out there if you know who it was.

Anyone know how when the M12 Fuel kit deal w/free tool in store expires? I couldnt see it on the signage in the store today. Looking at the installation driver. Maybe even the Sruge since someone said it was $115 after return. Id imagine the Hackzall would be around $100? I already have one of those, but its great for around the yard pruning so I wouldnt mind having another so I could have a dedicated one for the yard

So decided to get the Milwaukee M18 grease gun tool only and Home Depot sells for 199. I found it on CPO Outlet online for 179 tool only and special free XC 5.0 extended battery included plus free shipping. Got it yesterday and it's great. YES IT IS NEW

For the surge kit+bare tool deal. Anyone know if it’ll be the same price for the surge kit regardless of which bare tool is purchased/returned?

For example: surge kit+ratchet ($149) after ratchet return its ~$115

Would that be the same ending price if surge kit+hackzall and hackzall is returned?

Less expensive secondary items will result in a lower return credit and less of a discount on the Surge. Get the most expensive “free” item to return.

anyone know when they are going on sale? I was thinking black friday but not sure with the virus going around. I thought I read where they are doing a longer sale but cannot find dates.

Thank you for posting! I bought the mid torque impact wrench. Was hoping for the high torque but the deal seemed pretty good to pass up. Hopefully it can break loose my crank bolt when I do my timing chain.

Probably not the thread to post this but just wanted to follow up and say that the Mid-torque broke my 181 lb/ft torqued crank bolt without a sweat. I didn’t even need to use the cheater socket I got just in case.

New home depot deals that start on 11/8 are out. Saw the PDF on slickdeals. Is it ok to link to the forums post over there or the PDF they host? Not too many great deals for Milwaukee this year but there are a few things I'll grab.

Went to a local HD to get some BoGo M12 deals, and they already had out some of the BF deals that were posted in the leak. Also learned that the BoGo have special UPC/SKUs, which I did not know before :( (Im sure some of you guys did)

-M12 inflator kit
-M18 Fuel Combo kit for $599 and get 2 free tools
-M12 Fuel impact driver kit

Also the Kreg, Empire and Diablo deals were out too

M18 0880 vacuum was back down to $99 and a 2pk of filters for $19. I just bought another one last week at $119 and 1 filter for $19 so Im returning those

Are they the old filters or the new filters? They're going back to a washable filter with the launch of the new vacuums, and it's backwards compatible with the current vacuum.

HD has the 2x3.0 M18 batteries for 100 bucks again this year. I got these last year and I REALLY like them for the light weight and low center of gravity when I set the tool down. Has anyone seen these cheaper than 100 bucks?

CPO or ACME had them for $89 last year, so not much of a difference

I think that's about the usual eBay price but warranty length being based on manufacture date if you went with eBay is more of a letdown when you only get two years. so yeah that's great

Still looking for a under $400 deal on the chainsaw/12.0 kit with free blower. I missed it at International Tools for $359 just before Labor Day.

I was in Pensacola and stopped by a Northern Tool Store as I had never been in one. I picked up an M18Fuel 1/2" hammer drill kit (#2804-22: 2 - 5AH batteries & charger) for $199 - $100 off. I had to spend at least $15 on accessories to get the $100 off so I got a 10 pc promo pack of Sawzall blades that was marked down to $15 from $20. I thought this was a smoking good deal. Now looking for a 1/2" M18Fuel torque wrench - think I want the #2767-20 bare tool. Best place to purchase?
