I think if it is within a certain amount of time you can just have them adjust the price/give you a refund for the difference.

Even for a single tool you want two batteries. One on the charger while you use the other. Otherwise you battery goes dead in the middle of the job and you have to wait an hour to finish.
Generally speaking if your within the return window, they will adjust it. Because otherwise, they'd just end up with people returning them, and buying a new one.
Got my price adjustment/difference refund. They processed a return then repurchase for the sale price. Basically what I would have done except I didn't need to grab one off the shelf & fork out cash.
Actually the 1st person that helped me told me to go grab one off the shelf so she could check to see if she could do it. There were none left, when I went back someone else helped me, said it was no problem & simply processed it for me. What a waste of time with the 1st person. This is the type of drama I think to avoid & is why I've never asked for price adjustment before anywhere. I just repurchase & return myself, easier for me, no need for extra explanation.

Anyone see any deals on the Articulating Hedge Trimmer attachment for the quik-lok power head?
The only deals I've seen on those are either the entire kit or a must buy $500 worth of stuff to get the discount. Nothing recently though.
