So I got a notice from Grainger that they actually shipped the M18 compact impact and 12.0 battery/charger kit. Ordered 4/26. Anyone else?

There's some good Home Depot Deal of the Day deals today, mostly a handful of free tool options with a 2 pack M12 6.0 for $189

The deal for 3x 6.0 m12 batteries with charger for 189 seems like a solid deal to me:

I grabbed this one.

I'm looking at getting the 21 degree nailer, 2744-20. Max tool as $25 off the MSRP of $349. Anyone seen anything better out there?

I got the 30 degree at Northern tool. they had good prices and can use 20 or 30 buck coupons

Speaking of Northern:

M18 1/4 Fuel Hex Impact Driver
2 x 3.0 CP Batteries
Duel voltage charger
20" packout box

$199

Those are my favorite batteries for many applications, they seem to never go under $99/pair, so driver, charger and packout for another $100 seems like an ok deal.

If Advantage member free shipping.

Any Home Depot deals on Milwaukee?
I bought this deal for the M18 mid torque Gen 2 with free 5.0 battery for $219.

Here is a link to all things Milwaukee they are claiming are marked down 30%, it seems to capture most of the combo free battery or tool deals.

My favorite M12 light, M12 Rover, is on sale for $10 off making it $50. First time I’ve seen it on sale. This is a no brainer purchase for anyone on the M12 platform.

How's the magnet on that one? It looks pretty handy.

Dammit, I just bought that light from HD last Sunday! Gonna go to HD after work to buy another one & return with my old receipt. Thanks for the heads up.

I think if it is within a certain amount of time you can just have them adjust the price/give you a refund for the difference.

Thanks. I've heard of some big retailers doing this but I have never bothered to ask or try. Maybe I'll ask today.

Is the free additional 5.0 battery a good deal to get into the M18 impact wrench lineup? I don't need any drills, drivers, or saws at the moment. Mainly impact wrenches and lights. No combos with just those that I see. As a DIY, 3 5.0 batteries would be plenty for my requirements. On the other hand, if I get three 5.0's and have one 18 tool then for awhile the 2 batteries are a waste.

I am in the M12 lineup, but interested in the M18 lineup for the 1/2 inch impact wrenches since I own a half ton pickup in the rust belt that is 6 years old and will need suspension work soon. Any advice on mid torque vs 2nd gen high torque for that application?

Or should I consider a cheaper kit with one or two M18 batteries and then get the mid torque tool only for $189 HD deal at the moment?

Thanks
Even for a single tool you want two batteries. One on the charger while you use the other. Otherwise you battery goes dead in the middle of the job and you have to wait an hour to finish.

Generally speaking if your within the return window, they will adjust it. Because otherwise, they'd just end up with people returning them, and buying a new one.

Got my price adjustment/difference refund. They processed a return then repurchase for the sale price. Basically what I would have done except I didn't need to grab one off the shelf & fork out cash.

Actually the 1st person that helped me told me to go grab one off the shelf so she could check to see if she could do it. There were none left, when I went back someone else helped me, said it was no problem & simply processed it for me. What a waste of time with the 1st person. This is the type of drama I think to avoid & is why I've never asked for price adjustment before anywhere. I just repurchase & return myself, easier for me, no need for extra explanation. :)

Anyways, thanks @BroncoAZ & @Rusty67.

Picked that up a while ago, it is a solid deal for sure. Now I've got enough 6.0 M12 batteries for any tools that I want to run with those larger ones.

Anyone see any deals on the Articulating Hedge Trimmer attachment for the quik-lok power head?
The only deals I've seen on those are either the entire kit or a must buy $500 worth of stuff to get the discount. Nothing recently though.

I just got 2 6.0 batteries and charger from Home Depot for $108. Hacked by having batteries delivered to home and rocket light for store pickup. Already have the rocket light so I won't pick it up and won't be charged or have to return. homedepot.PNG
