I just got 2 6.0 batteries and charger from Home Depot for $108. Hacked by having batteries delivered to home and rocket light for store pickup. Already have the rocket light so I won't pick it up and won't be charged or have to return. homedepot.PNG
Would love to do this but can't figure out how to separate them. If I have to pick up all three can you return them as individual items even with the internet order? I don't mind a side trip to THD but would **** to only be able to return it as a single "item".

I even tried it with your store! At least through to the payment step it was still listed as a single item.

You have to ship them to separate locations and not pick one of them up otherwise you have to return them all as one. I bought the kit and just kept all 3 batteries because I wanted all 3 but the deal is better if you can return the solo unit. Not sure how to make it happen though.

Ebay is having a fall 20% off sale. Here are all the Milwaukee tools that this applies to:

You can snag the M12 1/2" right angle impact for 20% off. I'm sure there are one or two other gems here. Not sure about the warranty on these though.

If you didn't get it from an authorized retailer then they just go off the build date of the tool.

Oh I know that. What I meant was I wasn't sure if any of these listings were from authorized resellers. Sort of like, do your homework on the warranty for these items before you purchase.

Zoro has the M18 Sander (2648-20) with a 2.0A battery (no charger) for $108 and free shipping. Seems the best price out there (same is $120 at HD). It's item number G301794056.

All in what you want. I would rather pay the lower price for the tool I want. I already have 2 new 5.0 , a 9.0 and an 8.0 I don’t need.

Seems like the impact deals are always for the friction ring models, I've only used impact's with the pin detent. Pros/Cons?

pin detent is more for safety because you are working up high, or don't want to lose the socket getting stuck to the fastener where you may not retrieve easily. The Milwaukee pin detents are known to be a PITA, often needing a tiny screwdriver to release, though you can also file it down for a little less retention. Even with the little car maintenance I do, the pin detent is to much work to swap sockets.

Are there any deals to be had on the M18 rocket light?
I know you specified the M18, but there is a deal on the M12. The M12 rocketlight is about regularly about $180 and the 2x XC6.0 starter kit is regularly about $200. This deal bundles them both for $199:
