I don't think these will go on sale like the dewalt chests they probably went on sale to make room for the new Milwaukee tool chests. Milwaukee probably made a deal with home depot but they had to get rid of dewalts model.
Part I being the DeWalt boxes? Who's next, Ryobi?
I don't think this was ever designed for a mechanic. Milwaukee and Dewalt caters to carpenters and construction industry with larger tools and sets in plastic cases.

I agree that bottom chest was not designed with a mechanic's needs in mind.
And, you're right, Milwaukee and Dewalt cater to carpenters and the construction industry, but when did a carpenter or construction guy ever use a rolling tool chest on a job site?? A big-*** Greenlee or Knack job box, yes. But, this kind of box, never. I sure don't understand what the target market is.
DIYer for who a gangbox may not be the ideal choice.
If I can find one I'd like the top for my hf 44
For all those who say the quality is good. Compared to what? The drawer close was pretty neat but i have tinfoil thicker than what that box is made from.
