Ok so it is also how the item is shipped ie fedex international economy or priority includes customs paperwork between countries. UPS and DHL are the same with different services. Other levels of service do not include the customs part so its something like $50 where you will get billed for after it is delivered. Just because its duty free with CBP mean nothing if the shipper wants to also tack on their fees for customs processing, odd shape, overweight, fuel surcharge, not stackable, ect. Two of the surcharges can be $300 each and still include any extras they want to add on and does not matter if item was only 20 bucks. Luckily Mister worker did ship it international economy and it was only a wrench set I ordered so as of right now I was not charged anything extra than what I paid to mister worker. I hope a bill does not come in the mail in the next few months from the shipping company. Nice wrenches but I think I am done ordering from other countries.
