BB: have you put the cement in that form you posted a picture of yet? i'm a bit concerned that you have a lot of bricks in the edge that might show after you take the forms off. also it looks like it won't be very thick on the edges and the cement might crack.
if you haven't poured it yet I might remove all the bricks on the edges and use a few more bags of concrete. OR maybe add some height to your pad with another 2x4 on top of your form or change it out to a 2x6 or 2x8.
your call and just thought I'd mention it.
best of luck and hope you get an inversion table cause I know just loading those 80 pound bags of cement and moving them around are tough on an old body.

Vendors are hustling so hard they are shipping low priority stuff with the high priority. I imagine it's too tough to keep stuff separate. It's getting where I don't want to spend the fuel to drive to Tulsa to save a day or two when the urgency has passed by the time I get home. You know how that is, I'm sure.
