So, going through the pre-cold rituals. Had propane delivered today. Tried to fire up the Modine in the shop. It's not making all the relay/solenoid clicking that it usually does. In the past I have had to cycle the starting sequence to purge air from the propane line, but with no clicking I don't think I've even got to that point. Distribution blower fan will turn on.

Things I've tested so far..
- transformer is producing 24V to the board
- Honeywell control valve LED does light green (it's getting 24V) (no blinking)
- 120V is NOT going to the exhaust fan, after call for heat

Any thoughts?

Have you killed power to the unit (causing a reboot)? And there are not any fault codes blinking?

Try checking the blade fuse inside, my friend had one bad from factory

$2 later it worked perfectly

Check for fault codes

What size unit?

It's a HD-45AH

I'm not seeing a very complicated control board. I think all the controls happen inside the Honeywell control valve. It's P/N 5H76383.

Looks like this:
https://controlscentral.com/eCatalog/tabid/63/Category/Heating-Gas-Control-Valves/ProductID/506368/PageIndex/14/ViewType/2/Default.aspx

There's one LED on the Honeywell, no blinking. There is a sticker in the unit to identify codes.

This is the only board I see:
https://www.qcsupply.com/20886-modine-terminal-board-with-time-delay-relay.html

I did shut power off a couple of times.

I'm thinking this board is supposed to send a signal to the control valve to start the sequence, but I'm not sure how to test that.

Is the unit firing up?, but the fan will not function, so it shuts off? I might be able to help. Just fixed mine this week.
