Moisture in shop

I have an in progress shop build going on. Radiant heat in slab, 32' X 32' with 16' walls. 6" slab was poured 6 months ago. The building is very tight with very little air exchange happening. I had noticed condensation between the insulation and vapor barrier so decided to try a dehumidifier in an effort to eliminate this moisture. This dehumidifier is presently pulling about 1.5 gallons a water daily. How can I estimate how long this will be happening?

Did you put any kind of vapor barrier under the slab? Where else could the moisture be coming from?
If the condensation is on the exterior side of the poly vapor barrier, its not coming from in the space. I suspect an exterior water leak.

Humidifier going to be working hard for a week to get to acceptable humidity levels. That's been my experience. I heat with wood in garage so whole different environment. Humidity stays at 40% all winter

depending on the age of the lumber, it will take aprox. one year to full acclimate. your concrete will pull moisture through the slab if vapor barrier was not used. heat/ air movement (fan) will definitely speed this process up.
