The Bears a total HF schill more than KC is right now
The only real reason they held on to NiCad for so long was the tools were so cheap after LI ON tech took over.
Now older LI ON tech is cheaper IMO that's where their at now
Bottom line market is going to be flooded with cheap options
Personally don't really give two shits about the styling platform change
FYI I have nothing against HF
LOL just wanted you to view the commented at that 5:25 mark, it is addressing exactly what your claims of Hercules abandon platforms (almost 1.x years ago)... which I find my situation with the Sears Craftsman C3 19.2 right now... or that Dewalt example it has given, or Milwauikee or Makita have done so as well.. now if the Bear is a schill for HF or not, it doesn't matter, the fact is still there. which is doesn't matter which manufacture, they will abandon platforms, and have track record to as well...
Now whether the Bear is pro HF or not... here is the thing... we read about stuff, listen to people talk about stuff, what makes us Human and have more brain cells than most other zombies is our ability to think independently and process the information whats presented to us and see whats real and whats bias... otherwise we might as well joint a cult and just believe everything they feed us, save the brain cells for the zombies.. no? for me , it's value and functionality, whats I can afford and accomplish the task needed. as well as able to determine whats fake and whats manipulated reviews like those two recent ones... I don't think that comment have any fake news in it... it's actually history.. so unless you tell me you are so sort of psychic that can read into the future....
I am NOT paid by HF or Schill for HF, just voicing the differences, I don't like a lot of their tools now if some one come along and proof that hey this thing is ****... I would have read and process it as well... but so far the two Hercules product I have works fine ( which is the wobble impact extension, and the #2 bits), but plenty HF stuff ***** if I have bad exp about it, I don't hesitate to say it... like that extra long wrench sets...
I recently came across this article maybe of interest...
