I use our one all the time, mostly for locking things down for drilling or welding.

This little beauty my wife bought me.

Battery operated adjustable wrench. You would not believe how many times she has asked me if I have used it yet.

I'm interested to know how you answer that question.

Any tool/gadget from the Sharper Image. My wife used to buy this **** for me for Christmas presents. A couple of years ago I had to hurt her feelings to keep her from wasting any more money at this store.

I would have to say one of those automated center punches that you press down on, took more effort on my part to put my hole body weight into pressing it then just getting a hammer.

That's odd because the one I use is super easy. DOn't remember which make it is.

The SO guy made fun of me for ordering my SO punch holder. But damn did it not come in handy when I had to punch a bunch of very hard steel rod at the ends and it was in a bundle at an odd angle and took an engineering hammer to make an impression.

I suppose they are good in some situations, but I've found laser levels to be pretty useless. Too much time to set up and poor optics that give you a dim blurry line.

Craftsman HandiCut - got one as a gift and the first time I tried it the blade kicked sideways and broke so I left it on my basement workbench. Next time I looked it was all rusty because the cat peed on it. I guess the cat didn't like it either.

Wagner power paint roller - Works great as long as you have an hour to clean the damn thing when you're done.

I had one of the cheapie wagners that you pour the paint into it cup that attaches to the bottom of the unit.
that thing worked great....for about 10 min and then it would never do more than spit and splatter the paint

Same here. Dad had bought one that he never used. I borrowed it to paint the new shop and fought with it for half a day before ended up in the trash can. All I had for my efforts was a big mess to clean up, walls, floor and anything else it splattered on.

I will also agree with the cold heat. I should have brought that thing back. I think it is still in the original box somewhere.

16mm socket. Never seen a bolt or nut that size, ever.

Use mine all the time when i cant find my 5/8 lol
