Great post at a great time for me, as I have a Norton surface grinder & an ancient flat belt driven drill press sitting on a car hauler trailer for me to move inside.
I've used pipes to move most of my stuff. (6' box break, lathe, mill, etc.....)
For this one I'm lucky enough to be able to borrow a set of machine moving tanks. Not sure of the technical name but you can roll just about anything with them as long as you're on hard surface. Hope to move them Sunday.
For the hot tub, drag it on a peice of plywood or rent/borrom a tractor with a front end loader.
Good Luck.
