Link?

Ill have to look again. Be nice to just pull a plug and drive off. I put the maintainer on it for the winter, but that has ring terminals.

This one is for "extreme" weather but you can see from the package contents... it includes that adapter plug. They give you options on how to connect the thing to the vehicle. Wow... Ctek is a LOT cheaper than NOCO. But does carry a great reputation.

What? I didn't see Ctek as cheaper....

I think this:

And this:

Plus 2 **** splices will work fine to keep the battery topped off.
Yea... that NOCO is by far the lowest level charger. Does not include any of the bells and whistles of the nicer NOCOs that I have. I Commented on pricing because that 2 **** splice cable is $14... If it was a NOCO branded product... It would be twice the price. Oh and you asked for a link .... yet you appear fully versed in finding exactly what I put an effort in ... for you.

Enjoy.

Got yah.

I asked for a link as I hadn't seen the specific connection until I found that wire. The chargers are not clear if they all have the plug...

And all I need is a cheap trickle charger/maintainer, minimum bells and whistles

LOL...no worries... I tend to be a "Cathedral" user of devices like these... the more bells and whistles... the more I can justify their price. I wish I had less bells and whistles... my garage is so noisy at times... beep this... dong that... ding too.

If the smaller battery was at (or near) 12V why would you be jump starting it?
I’m sorry, I did not realize that I had to be more specific.

I thought it was pretty much common knowledge that there MIGHT be an occasion where a 12 volt battery might be a little low and have only 9 volts. IT’S STILL A 12 VOLT BATTERY.

What I meant was that you can jump start a small 12 VOLT motorcycle with a honkin’ 12 VOLT battery that will start a Peterbilt. The Peterbilt battery will NOT damage the motorcycle “because it’s too big”.

This inspired me to order a Noco charger on Amazon yesterday morning…it got delivered about 7 last night. Way to go Amazon!
battery voltage on my riding mower was 12.1 volts, I did not attempt to start it. It left it to charge overnight and went to start it this morning. It cranked for a long time and eventually started. There’s no way the battery would’ve been able to crank it that long prior to charging. The mower is 7 ish years old. Every year for the last few years I’ve been thinking I would need a new battery…not yet. Hopefully the trickle charger will extend the life a bit more.

I learned the hard way too, always go behind the grand kids and make sure they didn't leave anything on.
I bought a "smart" charger at Autozone that desulfates the battery prior to the charge cycle. I think it was around $50, not cheap.

I suppose when there are multiple batteries in a vehicle when one goes bad you don't change them all.
