Hey everyone,
I decided to make a thread on the flooring part of my build, to help others when they do theirs. (The entire project is in this thread)
The floor was approximately 400 sq ft.
I used the "Off White" Color and Endurashield. (Thanks Fred via AlphaGarage)
The entire coating can be related to car paint.
First you must have a good foundation to work on.
1.I grinded everything down with concrete floor grinder.
2. Pressure wash it, to give it more "profile",since grinding it makes it VERY smooth. (4000 psi should do the trick)
3.Make sure everything is dust and water free.
Also PLEASE make sure that you don't have Fiber Reinforced Concrete,
( I Did)
If you do then little hills will appear on your floor after you apply liquatile.
If you do have FRC, then I read that you can burn it off with a propane torch. (Double check me on that statement though)
4. Apply Bondtite,
It can be correlated as primer.
5.Then Liquatile,
This is what gives your color, it can be correlated as your color coat
6. Then Endurashield
This is your clear coat.
I also put a jaguar logo on my floor.
Another Small Tidbit- Use the fillers that Wolverine recommends to fill in cracks and divots. I would have, but I forgot to order them.
But the epoxy in itself "fills-out" small imperfections.
Here is a small FAQ:
What is it?
I honestly don't know the exact specifics, but it is a floor grade vinyl print out.
Where did you get it?
I got it from a company that prints graphics for windows, floors, cars etc
Best thing to do is call a sign making business and see if they can refer you to someone.
How much did you pay for it?
While it is relative for everyone. I paid approximately $250.(I think I overpaid, but I had no time for shopping around. Make sure to get HIGH QUALITY UV resistant stuff.
Where did you apply it?
I applied it between the Liquatile and Endurashield coat.
(Do this for a working garage)
If I could do it again I would probably put it on top of the Endurashield.
(Do this for a show garage)
Here are some pics:

If anyone has any questions feel free to ask, I will try to answer them as best as possible.
