Moved in in 1996 and it had a 2x6 workbench with stained, chips and holes. Some crappy shelves and the washer/dryer in there. After I remodeled a new laundry room in the house, I built the red/black cabinets and the sink/counter.

The back wall of the Garage has the 240V Compressor in the corner, Rollaway tool chest, Lista 4 drawer cabinet and two 6 foot laminated hard maple benches.

This pic shows before I remodeled the back room and got rid of the back door that led into a small storage room.

This is after showing the compressor now tucked in the corner with the cabinets custom fit around it.

The green rollaway is now red & black to match the other cabinets

The sink is where the clothes washer used to be.

Big Enough to still fit my the wife's car and my Superduty in there (love the electric folding mirrors!)

I built this Tool Caddy/Roll away cabinet from parts that were in the scrap metal area at work 15 years ago. I painted the Craftsman colors to match the others just last year:

Nice garage.

Just one thing, do you have some ventilation for the compressor back against that wall?

A general rule of thumb over here is atleast the fans diameter should be the distance between the fans outer face an the wall.
That way it's always getting enough airflow to cool the compressor efficiently and prevent premature failure due to overheating.

That's a good general rule, but I have no additional ventilation. I don't usually run the compressor for a long time. Normally I run it up to 80-100 and turn it off. I did run it a lot a few years ago when I was using my sandblasting cabinet, but it was out in the open then. I can always crank the AC if it gets too warm. ; )

I can get some pics when I get home. It's made up of leftover parts from test equipment cabinets. Side panels, filler panels vertical supports and doors.

Totally great looking garage. Everything tastefully done and looks like a real custom job of setting up shop. Nice the big Ford will fit in there. You have done very well!!
