I was just reading an article by John Siegenthaler on Air to water heat pumps for Radiant systems. I would suggest if you haven’t done the electric boiler yet that you check them out.

Forgot to add a finished pic of the inside. I am able to park my riding mower under the shelf on the right.
Some day we will finish the loft.

Building materials with tax were $14100
R18 18’x9’ garage door $2800 after tax
Concrete was buddy deal $9500
Pex was about $500 with foam clips
2” XPS r10 foam for under slab and 4’ frost protection wing all around was About $1400
Can’t remember what I paid for fiberglass insulation, ceiling liner metal and OSB for interior but I think around $4k
Boiler system was $2500
These prices do not include labor, shingles or siding.

Lots of guys around here do the ceiling this way, many do the walls and ceilings with the liner panels, they are thinner than siding and roofing panels and less expensive. I bought mine in 15' sections and overlapped the ends so i didn't have to make any cuts.
We stacked 5 at a time on saw horses, pulled layout on the trusses and pre-drilled to make installation easier, then raised each one up with a sheetrock lift and it worked amazingly well.
Menards sells them as "Dura-Panel"
