No doubt, I’m looking forward to getting the walls done and storage up so I can start organizing and using it.You’re in Minnesota so you cant have nough insulation! Nice looking space.

Make sure the inside is finished before you start to move in stuff
Thanks! I bought an electro industries ezb-eco system.I was just reading an article by John Siegenthaler on Air to water heat pumps for Radiant systems. I would suggest if you haven’t done the electric boiler yet that you check them out.
Thank you very muchGood luck with it. It’s a really nice building and well done.
Thanks! The added space is nice. I wasn’t sure about adding that cost either but made a last minute call.looking great, I just built a 30x44 and wish I went with more roof pitch for room upstairs. That was a great add
Thank you!Nice looking build man. Looks like quite the space!
No problemAwesome build. Job well done. May I ask if you could provide a cost breakdown. I am currently interested in these same dimensions and I am trying to get a ballpark price together. Thanks in advance
Awesome thank you very much. Also did your lumber price include trusses? No problem
Building materials with tax were $14100
R18 18’x9’ garage door $2800 after tax
Concrete was buddy deal $9500
Pex was about $500 with foam clips
2” XPS r10 foam for under slab and 4’ frost protection wing all around was About $1400
Can’t remember what I paid for fiberglass insulation, ceiling liner metal and OSB for interior but I think around $4k
Boiler system was $2500
These prices do not include labor, shingles or siding.
Yes. I bought pre pandemic price hikeAwesome thank you very much. Also did your lumber price include trusses?
Lots of guys around here do the ceiling this way, many do the walls and ceilings with the liner panels, they are thinner than siding and roofing panels and less expensive. I bought mine in 15' sections and overlapped the ends so i didn't have to make any cuts. You nailed your build time...Great garage/shop Enjoy...I'm stealing that idea for a ceiling once the price of "stuff" comes back down to earth...
Yup, already is! Will need to build a shed for the lawn stuff or maybe another garage.... lolnice looking shop OP. It will fill up quickly lol
Thank you!Congrats, looking great. I'm really liking the metal ceilings.
