Looks great. I am surprised that you are allowed to place it so close to the fence line.

We have a 6' min setback in my area.

Nice job. Can you post some pix of your tool setup, lighting, electric, air, etc in there? I always learn something by seeing how other guys set up their gear.

That looks really nice! I like the colors as they look great together.

What did you do at the interface between the metal roof panels and the T-111 sidewalls? It appears that you have some sort of finish strip between the two ... is it a Z strip of some sort? A close-up photo showing how you made this interface would be very helpful.

We have a 5 foot set back here also on that fence line. But I have real good neighbors.

Its just the regular Z bar that you would use when stacking the T1-111. I just backed out the screws for the roof an slippped it under there and built off that that. It worked out perfect.

Well no pic's of all the tools so far. But its a 60 amp service that runs a blast cabinet,2 T-5 4 bulb lights, Got 4 20 amp receptible plugs every 5 feet all run in 3/4 conduit,2 welder plugs, 1 for my mig and 1 for my Tig. 60 Gal. IR 2 Stage Compressor. Band Saw,Plasma Cutter,Ect.

And before the code guys come out. Every thing has its own breaker and they only are turned on when in use. I dont run eveything at the same time.
I ran all this eqipment in the adjasint shed 12x16 before I built this shop on this same power without any issues.

It all works just fine. Is it the right way to do it. "Hell No". But if you are real careful you can make do with it.

Everything is run off of a 100 amp Main 20 circuit box. With the 100 amp being the main. Code here will allow the 100 amp main as a disconect for my 60 amps coming in.

When I have the house updated to 200 amps I will run 100 out to the shop.

Very nice CUSTOM look 35mastr - clever use of vertical wood siding.
- closing in the car port, the way you did - looks rich / the door choice, was money well spent
