Figured I'd show off what I got. Nothing great, in the process of re doing the back yard so the air compressor is moved back into the garage for now along with some of the yard equipment.

Once completed bikes, compressor, trash can, rams, lawn equipment will be moved to the shed or beside the shed.

The photos aren't great but I'll update as progress goes. Plans are as follows:

Install air reels.
Install Garage vac (between doors).
Change out lighting to shop style gas/arc free.
Grind and repair cracks in concrete (not sure on flooring since I need to keep a jack on it).
Insulate garage door w/ Owens Corning Door Kit (too expensive to replace W7 doors w/ insulated W7 doors).
Install Jack shaft openers on both doors (remove current 3/4 hp Evercharge lift master).

I'm sure I've missed a few items but you get the idea.

Do you have a one car garage on the far side there? Or is that the 'shed' you mentioned? Where do you live that they didn't put in insulated garage doors on a house of that caliber. (it doesn't look like a cheap build to me). Good luck with all your plans and projects!

It's 3 cars connected, the 3rd car is optional on this "model" house, it sits back 2' from the front so the garage is offset on the 3rd car.

Shed has not started yet, still in the permitting phase.

Florida, till this winter there wasn't a need for insulated garage doors, I insulated above the garage this winter when it was cool and it helps keep the garage much more stable in temp.

The house is pretty cheap to be truthful (I'm interested to see if it can handle it's 150 mph wind rating). It was built by MI homes, I will never buy one again but you learn from your mistakes (1st house). I also wouldn't ever tell anyone to buy from MI either. There are a lot of "items" they didn't do that I would have done if it were mine to build from the start.
