Very nice! Those fold-down covers for the computer and stereo remind me of ideas you'd see in nautical construction. You've packed a lot of capability into a modestly-sized place.

You must like coffee, excellant storage with all the coffee containers. TV, stereo, computer, you could almost live out there.

I like it! I also like the fact that you can still do things without worring about messing it up to bad. I regret:confused: making mine so pretty! I have to be so careful when I'm working out there.

+1 on hiding and protecting the electronic equipment. This is something I definitely need to do to keep some of the dust and particulates from stealing some life from that equipment.

Some really nice stuff and a great job organizing...definitely stealing some ideas!

Great setup!! Wish I had that much space.

Looks like a wing rear seat in the one pic. But it cant be, cause your AM/FM antenna is missing! lol.

Wow, really nice shop, organized but not in the over the top OCD way. Place has lots of character and is functional. Like the shelf in upper corner of what is typically useless space. Cool place

Thanks! Between the welding and the woodwork it gets pretty dusty in there.

Nice Organization!
I like your Ideas and the way you put them to good use!
Thanks.

Thanks!

Nice job. Might have to steal the nut and bolt organizer idea from you.

Thanks! I looked at the parts bins like at harbor freight but like building my own stuff I have abot $50 of wood in it.

You must like coffee, excellant storage with all the coffee containers. TV, stereo, computer, you could almost live out there.

The coffee canisters came from the wife and the coffee club at work I rarely drink the stuff. :?)

nice shop !( your shop cabinets are nicer than what we got in the kitchen !)
Thanks! Some of the cabinets came from my daughters old house the others were bought at a yard sale for $20.

Nice shop, well organized and laid out!

Thanks, My 1st workshop was a 8x12 shed so organization was a must!

I like it! I also like the fact that you can still do things without worring about messing it up to bad. I regret:confused: making mine so pretty! I have to be so careful when I'm working out there.

Thanks! Its definetly a workshop not a show shop.

Love the way u hid your electronic equipment!

Thanks! The fronts were made from a double door cabinet that wasnt in good enuff shape to use!

Super nice !

Thanks!

Nice organization! That really goes a long way, and you've accomplished more in that space than some 3 car garages.

Your welding cart is certainly a purpose built monster. Certainly something I will be building in the future based on your design. I saw it here first, and immitation is the highest form of flattery. Two thumbs up!

I agree, the computer storage is awesome, I had to double take the pic before the screen shot. Well done, it looks great.

Ahhh so you really are just like the rest of us. You have 44 junk bins but are more efficient at getting it all back in. Great idea.

The cart was my 1st project when I bought the welder 11 years ago the grinder holder I added to it last year actually got that idea from here.

Its not perfect but it gets most of them back in the container! I have a freind who is a sheetmetal guy and am going to have him build me a curved funnel like end for it.

I like the idea for the nut/bolt sorter. I use old anti-freeze bottles with the side cut out. You can take the lid off and pour the small stuff out of the spout.

Another idea... sort the bolts, washers, and nuts by size/thread. That way you only have to go to one bucket when you need something of that size.

...consider the funnel idea stolen....

That's a nice space, Rolling Thunder!

I like the computer cover, the coffee can storage, etc.

Question: How have you liked your wall-mounted Craftsman shop vac? My small Rigid works ok; though I suspect it's dying a slow death. I read the thread on here a couple weeks ago about wall mounted vac's and saw plenty I liked but I'm too cheap for most of them.

How have I missed seeing this topic before ? haveing read about the computer in another topic I see some fantastic ideas. Your use of timber is just very clever. I have plastic oil containers cut so I can use the handle for my bolts and screws etc. but to sort them I have a cut off square oil drum. Your ideas are very clever and very well done.
