Awesome job on the yamaha. I'd like to do that to a 125 or 250 2 stroke, what year is that? I've been updating my 2003 Honda CRF450 for the past year or so, I need to get the suspension totally redone for my next project. By the way, I think your garage is so cool, I really like the small garages.

Not trying to hijack your thread, but since you like updating motorcycles you might like this. This started out as your regular 2003 KTM 525 EXC dirt bike. Totally gone through, powder coated the frame black, new cosmetics, new rims and tires, and I had me a street legal supermoto that was a blast to ride. Unfortunately, I don't have any before pics but here is the after.

Really, really nicely done. Having been through a split myself and the financial azz-kicking that comes with it, this garage is more impressive to me than the "money-is-no-object" ones we sometimes see here.

Kudos.

How have those Walmart cabinets held up?

I think the cabinets have held up well. Some of them are filled with full paint/spray cans, one of them is filled with oil bottles and jugs and except for a slight sag on one of the shelves inside, I have had zero issues with them. I have been meaning to put an L bracket under the sagging shelf for a year now, but just haven't gotten to it yet.
Well worth the $36.99 I paid for each of them almost 4 years ago.

Finally completed.....

Great job. Did you just post that on Vital the other day on the Andrew Short 250 thread? Either way looks *****'in. Best 125 made right there! Love the black rims...just remember a sharpe is your friend after doing tire changes. Good idea on skipping the tank stickers....I have never been able to get them from turning yellow. Nice 250f front fender also. New top end? The FMF system looks sharpe....I have PC on 2006 YZ250...I still love me some 2-smokers....good for a work out since you have to ride them so hard. Though I can be much lazy'er on my 08 YZ450....

Anyways, great job, after all that work I am sure you can't wait ride!

being as I'm just starting my single car in Brampton, ON i gotta ask, where did you hide the 5th and 6th light?

did you plug them all into a power strip attached to the old single incandescent outlet?

I think the 5 and 6th lights are above the garage door, which is up in the pics. Try pm'ing Webb, he hasnt been on in a couple of months
