You've already cut the concrete so you're on your path now. You keep saying you don't want anchors, but it's what the vast majority of commercial hoists with twice the lift capacity use. New Tesla dealers make the contractors cast in J-bolts for the hoists and the hoist installers have no idea why. Failures are super rare and it's never the anchor.
I mounted mine in my residential house and took it with me when I moved rural.

One year later we are back at it. 4’x12’. Going at least a foot deep. 6” or more key-in all around. Lots of rebar and steen reinforcement. Also will be hiring a pro to do the actual concrete.
