Nice place, what do you typically build? Between the roller tables on the saw and iron worker, I'll assume you do quite a bit of structural pieces?
Awesome! I really like the angle iron trough idea.
While the angle trough is handy,if you build the square and bolt it to your table.....
You lost me with what you're explaining here and what it has to do with the angle welded to the edges.![]()
Lol. "Clean up table after use"
I got the same problem. When is the table done being used?
That is the best table I've seen.
The square edge is fantastic, I am definitely stealing it. I also love how the vise is mounted.
While the angle trough is handy,if you build the square and bolt it to your table,
you may wonder why you did not do it sooner.
To build a frame or stand, slide 2 pieces into the corner forming a L and tack,
set aside and repeat with the other 2 pieces.
Now join the 2 L's together, measure corner to corner and tack.
Presto, you now have a right angled square or rectangle in a lot less time than fumbling with a framing square.
Thank you
Royce
The square is made from 1/2"x 3" flat bar, flame cut and welded at the corner.

My pleasure RAYJAY,thanks building a welding table now its a great idea
