Greetings tool appreciators,

I got another one for you all. Sure would love any info on these beautiful linesman pliers.
The clues I have are as follows:
-Diamond pattern grip
-Made in the USA marked on inside of both handles.
- What looks to be an arrow stamped on the face, with USA stamp again.
- An F marked up top of inside handle.

It’s hard to explain exactly why, but these pliers just seem so right. Feel great in my hand and are easy on the eyes.

Anyway, gonna drop some photos. Looking forward to any information and conversation.

Thanks in advance!

Similar handle grip pattern on: Peck, Stow & Wilcox No. 240-7 Lineman's Pliers, Montgomery Ward "Lakeside" diagonal pliers, Worth No. E-11, Fence Pliers; the latter two very likely made by Peck, Stow & Wilcox.

Those are mostly unfamiliar to me. I will check into all those this evening and see what you are thinking.

Thanks to everyone who chimed in! Always nice rapping with the crowd here. Love this community.

The one thing I’m surprised nobody has mentioned however, is the arrow looking mark on the face. That’s what’s throwing me off at least.

Maybe we’ll get some more comments. And hopefully we get that handle pattern spreadsheet soon 😆

It looks like it might be a <Stiletto> logo. Borrowing one of Don's photos from the Stiletto thread as a logo example.

Oh wow. Good call!
That’s funny I was just discussing stiletto tools with my brother yesterday!

Just my 2¢ but I have a nearly identical set somewhere with "WARDS usa" Stamped IIRC. That doesn't stop them from being P.S.&W. or even Stiletto, but I believe your stamp is Wards.
