Mystery Snap-on tool

Picked this up at the flea market, but it’s a mystery to me what it’s for.

Snap-on AT-66. Google didn’t help much.

Any ideas?

Snap-On never made anything that cost a dollar.
Take a pic of it next to a hundred dollar bill and someone will recognize it for sure.

I believe that it is a gauge for adjusting linkages to an automatic transmission. The AT prefix was used by Snap-On to indicate tools for working on automatic transmissions.

Looks like some sort of valve spring compressing tool. Perhaps used with another tool to measure spring pressure?

I searched the "collecting Snap-on" website and that part number refers to a "Shock absorber fill plug wrench" offered in 1935-36. Perhaps your tool is mis-stamped?

I have no clue.

After a quick look I believe you It definitely isn't a S-9075 shock absorber fill plug wrench. And since the 5 looks kinda off I tried "S907" and that didn't turn up anything either
