Not sure, but "Diamond Edge" was a Shapleigh Hardware brand if you want to search catalogs.

It was "Norvell Shapleigh" before it was "Shapleigh" - the "Diamond Edge" moniker goes all the way back. They offered a plethora of private-label "Keen Kutter" tools and hardware - everything from adzes to zithers.

If a woodworker doesn't recognize it, its probably a leatherworking tool.

In my case, I knew because I have one or two at home in different flavors, but none that fancy. Mine are just wood.

Did a google image search for diamond edge leather tool and it brought up that other brand/link.

I had a vague hunch it was leather related.
