Can anyone ID the ratchet or crescent wrench in this photo?

Could be, it looks like a Proto or WF.

The ratchet, looks like something non ratcheting with a fixed head. Definitely something specially made.

Tool "W" was a ratchet.

That 10" adjustable wrench was tool "F"
used to install and remove the survival beacon connector and for emergency activation of hatch latches


Though the wrench pictured in this link is clearly a different manufacturer than the one pictured above.

What about the thing with the larger blue handle?

To me it looks like a snap on ratchet that has a custom reversing lever and the handle has been turned down so that they can press an aluminum larger handle on to make it easier to grab with gloves on

All of those those look like one-offs, or however many the machine shop needed to make: except the adjustable. It seems out of place.

I would say you are on to something. rlitman's link actually says the sockets for that ratchet are modified snap ons! I agree much of this is custom made, Nasa wasn't above using off the shelf if they could.
