Or just buy one of the Chinesium copies on Amazon for $20ish. It will work fine for your needs.

Mityvac Silverline, 100%. There's a switch to change from vacuum to pressure and as has already been stated, they are rebuildable! All metal construction is well worth it if you're going to use it regularly. If you plan on using it just once or twice, the plastic Mityvac's should suffice.
